Red Rock is great- we're gonna head up to the Spring Mts. for the rest of our summer hikes- where the weather is a little more agreeable- but RR will definitely be on the list for fall-spring.

Lost Creek Falls
Last Saturday we hit up Red Rock canyon. We hiked Lost Creek Falls, which is a delightful, short hike. It was surprisingly cool for this time of year, which gave us the motivation to tackle another hike. We tried Ice Box Canyon, but after about a mile we turned around. Maybe next time.

Never, never, never try riding a heavy mtn bike up that RR scenic loop. First 6 miles are 12% grade - up!! experience gives me the opportunity to forewarn you. But wait, you're hikers, riding a bike takes balance.....
